GENERAL DESCRIPTION

You will work closely with the Precision Planning team to ensure deployment excellence in digital campaign executions on self-serve E-Commerce and Search ad platforms while monitoring and optimizing these campaigns to deliver the campaign KPIs and objective stated in the media plan.

This role reports to the Precision Business Unit Director

MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In three months:
• Implemented E-commerce and Search campaigns of well-known brands in the country
• Gained a full understanding of the clients’ business along with internal and external process

In six months:
• Lead discussions clients and internal teams with regards to reviewing, reporting and analyzing key performance metrics.
• Masters the knowledge around e-Commerce media and provides insights around off and on-platform digital marketing

In twelve months:
• Has an in-depth knowledge on strategies for delivering best in class from e-Comm and Search campaigns
• Be able to initiate and propose projects that bring value to clients and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Project management role focusing on driving growth of e-commerce and search within the set of clients within Wavemaker
2. Understand client business objectives and ensure it is translated clearly into e-Commerce strategy
3. Campaign implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
4. Building short/long-term e-Commerce road map for clients through consulting methodology framework and industry best practices.
5. Timely submission of campaign implementations, reports, and other deliverables.
6. Ensures that digital campaign performance and spend is regularly on track in delivering the set KPIs through daily monitoring of campaigns.
7. Supervises and guides junior members of the team on completing campaign deliverables.
8. Takes on other ad-hoc e-Commerce and search projects and assignments from time to time in the most efficient execution.
9. Act as the point person for all concerns related to but not limited to e-Commerce and Search
